I came to Canada with a simple belief: a job trades your time for money, and time is the only thing you can never get back.

I didn't want to spend 40 years working for someone else and look up one day to realize I had traded my best years for a salary. I wanted assets that work while I sleep — so I could spend my time on what actually matters. My parents. My daughter. The people I love.

I started with a duplex. Then another. I did more than 20 BRRRR deals on existing properties the hard way — learning everything through mistakes I made with my own money. Six months of work, $50,000 to $100,000 in equity if I was lucky. Good, but not good enough to create real generational change.

Then I had the insight that changed everything.

New construction gives you control that renovation never can. When you build from scratch, you design exactly what tenants want. You control the layout. The finishes. The unit size. The rental income potential. I spent years studying the Windsor-Essex market — what tenants will pay premium rent for, what investors actually need from a floor plan — and started designing builds that delivered both.

I put my head down and executed. Deal after deal. Documenting every single one publicly on YouTube — the mistakes, the challenges, the wins — because I had nothing to hide and everything to prove.

It took 8 years to build the team that makes this possible at scale.

A designer-architect who maximizes rental income per square foot. An exclusive builder delivering approximately $200/sqft all-in — when Ontario builders charge $250 to $350+. Last year, I took my parents — who spent their whole lives working on a farm in India, who gave my sister and me every opportunity they could despite their own financial struggles — on their first international family trip.

My parents had never left the country. They had spent their lives working so I could have opportunities they didn't. And I got to give them that month.

That trip is why I do this.

I work with a small number of investors each quarter. I am their partner in this — I find the lot, I bring the team, I oversee the build, I guide the refinancing. I don't charge a consulting fee. I succeed when their deal succeeds.
